Le Rivage is a 1350 unit luxury condominium project planned for a large site on Key Biscayne.

The condominium units contain luxurious features and amenities suitable for the international resort market. The property falls within three different zones: high rise at the shore, mid-rise immediately behind, and a low rise zone inland. The low-rise townhouse units and small apartment buildings are organized around landscaped entry courts providing access to lower level garages. All buildings are raised with parking below to comply with Federal flood zone requirements.

The project includes a variety of unit types and sizes with the largest units located in the high-rise buildings on the water. Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis courts. A watercourse leads from the pool through the site to a waterfall at the lobby of the large midrise apartment building. The main entry roads are lined with 60 foot high royal palms with all units softened with copious tropical planting.
