This renovation and addition to a 100-year old cottage added a sunroom and decks on two levels, and expanded the Master bedroom. The entire design, especially the window arrangement, is predicated on maximizing views of the cove and ocean while maintaining a sense of privacy for and from the neighboring house.

Our goal was to respect the nature of the old structure while designing with a contemporary interpretation.
